My name is Brian and I love to BBQ all rear round. I live in Ireland where it’s mostly cloudy so I started CloudyBBQs to document my journey learning how to cook great food on various BBQs. Most people in Ireland take the grill out of the shed in the summer to burn some sausages…if you want to get more from your grill/BBQ and learn different ways of cooking then hopefully you will like my content! Cooking over fire/charcoal is my favourite but I still use the gas grill for some tasks. I like to cook offset/indirect for the most part but I cook everything from sausages to pork belly to Indian curries so hopefully I will have something that interests you.
